Hello and welcome
back. Here’s another new tutorial. This one is written specifically for my dear
friend Diva Deb. If your gonna try it, you need to have working knowledge of
PSP. I used PSP X4. Any version will work. Please remember to leave the love. Click the
tag for a full view.
Supplies Used:
I used the beautiful
art work of Anna Marine. If you would like to use her work, you need to
purchase a license number from Creative
Designs Outlet HERE . The scrap kit I used is called Goth This and it’s a free
to use kit. You can download the kit from A Taggers Scrap HERE . The mask is
WSL_mask 84 by Wee. Thank you for sharing it with us. The moon element is also
free to use. The moon and mask can be downloaded HERE and HERE .
On to the tut.
Open a new 600 X 600
transparent image.
Resize paper 1 by
70%. C/P as a new layer. Go to layers, new mask layer from image, apply
WSL_mask 84 making sure invert mask data is unchecked. Hit OK. Resize just the
mask layer by 120%.
Resize paper 8 by
80%. C/P as a new layer. Layers, new mask from image. Apply WSL_mask 84 making
sure the invert data is unchecked. Hit OK. Resize just the mask layer by 120%.
Resize frame 4 by
80%. C/P towards the bottom left. Add a drop shadow. I used 3, -3, 30, 3.
Resize the moon by
Witchy Heart by 60%. C/P on the top right corner under the frame layer.
Resize charm by 60%.
C/P top left corner of the frame.
Resize bottle by 60%.
C/P on the bottom right corner of the frame.
C/P your lamp as a
new layer under the charm.
Resize your tube as
needed. C/P above the frame layer. Layers, duplicate your tube layer. While on
the top tube layer, erase any excess you want.
Resize heart 3 by
50%. C/P above the moon layer in the center. Image, free rotate 20 degrees to
the left.
Resize the rose by
80%. C/P under the frame layer. Free rotate 20 degrees to the left. Erase any
excess you want.
Resize ribbon 2 by
50%. Image, free rotate 90 degrees to the left. C/P on the bottom of the frame
under the bottle.
Be sure to add a drop
shadow to the rest of your elements.
Once your happy, add
your artist copyright information, save it as a png and you are done.

Supplies Used:
Font, mask, tube and
scrap kit of choice. I chose to use the beautiful art work of Keith Garvy. If
you wish to use his work, you must purchase a license number from PSP Tubes
Emporium HERE . The scrap kit I used is called Rock Music from Pinl Candy Designs.
Thanks for making it free to use. You may down load it HERE . The mask used is
called WSL_mask 84 from Wee. Thank you hun for sharing it with us. You can down
load it HERE .
On to the tut!
Open a new 600 X 600
transparent image. You may resize it later.
Open paper 12. C/P as
a new layer. Layers, new mask layer from image. Apply WSL_mask 84 with invert
data unchecked. Hit ok. Layers, merge group. Resize just the mask layer by
120%.
Open frame 3. Resize
it to 60% smart size. C/P on the top left corner. Layers, duplicate. Image, free
rotate by 30 degrees to the right. Add a drop shadow.
Resize bow 2 by 80%.
C/P in the center. Add a drop shadow.
Resize music notes 1,
2 & 3 by 60%. C/P randomly and add a drop shadow.
Resize doodle by 90%.
C/P on the middle right.Add a drop shadow.
Resize boot 2 by 80%.
Image, flip horizontal. If you are using another version, it’s image, mirror. C/P
on the top right just above both sets of frames. Add a drop shadow.
Resize the border by
80%. C/P on the bottom right above both frames.Add a drop shadow.
Resize chain by 80%.
C/P on the left.Add a drop shadow.
Resize skull by 60%.
C/P in the center of the bottom frame.Add a drop shadow.
Resize your tube as
needed. C/P on the left side.Add a drop shadow.
Add your artist
copyright, merge all layers visible. Save it as a png and your done. Hope you enjoyed

Ready? Let’s start!
Open a new 600 x 600
transparent image. You may resize it later.
Open paper 12. C/P as
a new layer. Layers, new mask layers, from image. Apply WSL_Mask 84 making sure
invert data is unchecked. Hit Ok. Layers, merge group. Resize just the mask
layer by 110%.
Open splat 4. Resize
it by 80%. C/P on the top left. Layers duplicate, image mirror. Layers, merge
down. Layers duplicate, image flip. Merge both splat layers down. Add a drop
shadow. I used 4, 4, 70, 7.
Open paper 17. Set
your background to paper 17 angle 0 scale 90. Line style should be solid, width
is 15. Make your foreground visible and your background null. Draw out a medium
size rectangle. When your happy, convert it to a raster layer. Add the above
drop shadow.
Draw out a medium
sized circle above the rectangle layer using the same settings as above. Add
the above drop shadow.
Open paper 4. Resize
it by 80%. Layers, view none. Make visible the rectangle layer. Using your
magic wand, click inside the rectangle. Selections, modify expand by 3. C/P
paper 4. Position. Selections, invert, delete. Drag paper under the rectangle.
Do the same with the
circle layer. Layers, view all.
Open frame 6. Resize
it by 70%. C/P above the circle layer. Add same drop shadow.
Now it’s time to add
your tubes. When adding your tubes, make sure you are using tubes by the same
artist.
Layers, view none. Unhide the rectangle layer. Using your magic wand,
click inside. Selections, modify, expand by 10. C/P tube 1. Position, invert,
delete. Duplicate your tube layer and place copy above the frame layer. Erase
and excess you want. Layers, merge down. Add the same drop shadow.
Do the same with the
circle layer using tube 2. But do not duplicate. Layers view all.
Resize flower 3 and 4
by 40%. C/P on the top right of frame 6. See mine.
Resize flower 1 and 2
by 40%. C/P on the bottom right of the circle layer. Add a drop shadow to all.
See mine.
Resize heartwing 3 by
60%. C/P on the bottom of frame 6. Add drop shadow.
Resize tattoo by 60%.
C/P on the top center of the your tag. Add drop shadow.
Once your happy, hide
the bottom transparent layer. Make the top active, layers, merge visible. Still
on the active layer, resize just this layer by 90%. Re open transparent layer,
layers, merge visible, add your artist copyright, save as a png and you are
done.

Ready, lets start!
Open a new 600 X 600
transparent image. You may resize it later.
Open image 10, C/P as
a new layer. Layers, new mask layer from image apply WSL_Mask 84 making sure
the invert data box is unchecked. Hit OK. Layers, merge group. Resize just the
mask layer by 110%.
Resize the following
elements and add a drop shadow as you go. I used 3, -3, 30, 3.
Resize candy frame 3
by 90%. C/P in the center.
Resize fabric flower
3 by 30%. C/P on the bottom left.
Resize fabric flower
2 by 30%. C/P to the left ff3.
Layers, merge down ff
2 and 3.
Resize crystal flower
by 40%. C/P to the right of your merged ff layers.
Back on your merged fabric
flower layer. Layers duplicate, image mirror.
Resize lollypop 3 by
50%. C/P towards the top left. Image, free rotate 20 degrees to the left.
If yo want, you may erase
any excess you like. I chose to leave it alone.
Resize lollypop 2 by
50%. C/P on top of lollypop 3. Move it slightly up.
Resize lollypop 4 by
50%. C/P on top of lollypop 2. Image, free rotate 20 degrees to the right.
Merge all three
lollypop layers down. Layers duplicate, image mirror.
Resize butterflies 4
by 50%. C/P under the frame. See mine for placement.
Resize snow cone by
40%. C/P on the right above the lollypops. Do the same with snow cone 2 but C/P
on the left.
Resize your close up
tube of choice by 80%. C/P just above the frame. Erase any excess that may be
showing from the bottom. Change the blend mode to screen. Drop the occapacity down
to 65%.
Resize your main tube
by 80%. C/P on top of the fabric flowers. Layers duplicate, place your tube under
the fabric flowers on the right.
Back on the original
tube. Erase any excess you don’t need. Drop shadow the bottom tube layer.
When your finally happy,
add your artist copyright, merge visible and save your new tag as a png.

For this tut, you can also use a kit and tube of your own choice. The mask I

Ready, lets start!

30%. C/P on the left of frame. Layers duplicate, place the duplicate layer
above the first flower. Duplicate, do the same with the last flower. You should
have 3 flowers in a row.
Resize the ice cream
cone by 40%. C/P on the bottom right of tag.
Resize the cart by
40%. C/P on the right of the ice cream cone.
Resize ice cream cone
2 by 40%. C/P it on the right side of the cart.
Resize the beaded
rope by 40%. C/P on the top right of the frame.
Resize little sweetie
by 75%. C/P above the frame layer. Make it look like she’s sitting on top of
the cart.
When your happy, add
your artist copyright, layers merge visible and save it as a png.

by 10%. C/P them at random on your tag.
Resize raggedy by
60%. C/P under your frame layer and erase any excess you want.
When your happy, add
your artists copyright, layers merge visible and save it as a png.
